相信大家都听过在雅思听力中有一个万用解题技巧——转折后出现答案，虽然这一技巧确实可以帮助我们提高做题的准确率，但是对于分数在4-5.5分左右的同学在听不太懂的情况下保证基本的准确率，如果想进一步提升分数，光靠技巧也是不行的，在选择题中往往也会出现转折后是干扰项的情况。

题目问的是这个方案第一次发生是什么时候，but后面说的是我们花了至少两年的时间才真正实现了这一目标，最后一句话 ”the scheme's been up and running for three years now"所以这个计划实施了三年，因此三年前第一次开始，答案为B选项。
雅思听力陷阱二：内容相同但时间不符
有时候，题目中会出现时间状语，比如in the future/ at the moment/in the past等，那我们在做听听力材料时，就需要警惕可能会出现和题目时间不一致的干扰项。
