My name is Tabatha Jones and I am writing to complain about the problem I met at the baggage claim section.
I arrived in Vancouver by flight AC26 on 23rd November. It is a non-stop flight so I did not expect any problems with my baggage. However, one of my two check-in suitcases was lost and it cost me two hours to wait for this problem to be fixed.
It seemed that the schedule of your baggage claim staff went wrong so there was no one who could help me out when I got to their office. I had no choice but to wait until your staff finally came one hour later, and it took another hour to get my case back, which caused great inconvenience to me and my friend who had been waiting to pick me up.
To avoid such problems that will leave a negative impression on your clients, I suggest that you should carefully check the schedule of each section and ensure that every passenger can easily access your service at any time.
